The Kodak Group is seeking a hands-on ECommerce Manager to oversee and grow the digital shopping experience across our portfolio of luxury watch and jewelry brands.

This is a highly execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys working directly within websites, managing online inventory, optimizing the customer shopping journey, and driving online sales through strong digital merchandising and paid media strategies.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, analytical, and excited to work within the day-to-day operations of a luxury eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day website operations across our luxury watch and jewelry websites
  • Upload and merchandise new product inventory, including imagery, descriptions, pricing, and categorization
  • Maintain homepage updates, promotional banners, seasonal campaigns, and website content
  • Optimize the online customer experience through improved navigation, layout, merchandising, and conversion-focused updates
  • Execute and manage paid digital campaigns including Google Ads, PPC, retargeting, and paid social
  • Monitor website analytics, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align website initiatives with broader campaigns and launches
  • Coordinate product imagery, brand assets, and digital creative updates
  • Assist with SEO improvements, landing pages, and ongoing website optimization
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, conversion rate, and online sales

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in eCommerce, website management, digital merchandising, or performance marketing
  • Experience working within Shopify, or similar CMS/eCommerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, PPC campaigns, Meta Ads, and digital analytics
  • Comfortable handling repetitive but important operational tasks such as inventory uploads and website updates
  • Strong eye for visual presentation, layout, and digital merchandising
  • Creative background is a major plus (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, banner design, homepage layouts, etc.)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • Full-time, in-office role based in Hoboken, NJ
  • Reports directly to the Director of Marketing
