## Bookkeeper
**Executive Summary**
DomesticAide is seeking a disciplined financial professional to oversee our internal bookkeeping. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual seeking a stable, long-term commitment with a growing service-based company.
**Core Responsibilities**
* **Ledger Management:** Oversee Accounts Receivable (client payments) and Accounts Payable (vendor disbursements).
* **Payroll Administration:** Execute accurate, timely payroll for a mobile workforce of cleaning technicians.
* **Financial Reconciliation:** Perform comprehensive monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
* **Reporting:** Generate monthly Profit & Loss statements and simplified financial summaries for executive review.
**Qualifications**
* **Tenure:** Minimum 3 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration.
* **Technical Proficiency:** Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel/Outlook).
* **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional discretion.
* **Independence:** Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines effectively without direct supervision.
