Commercial Roofer – Short-Term Project with Long-Term Opportunity

We are seeking Commercial Roofers to assist with installation and tear-off of EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and BUR systems. This includes material staging, jobsite cleanup, and supporting foremen with insulation, membrane work, flashing, and detail tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and removal of commercial roofing systems
• Perform tear-off, staging, and cleanup
• Carry and load roofing materials and tools
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite

Requirements

• Roofing or construction experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, and lifts
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Schedule & Project Details

• 3-week prevailing wage project
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Opportunity to continue with the company after the project

This is a Contract position based out of Lino Lakes, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
