Job Summary

We are hiring a reliable and customer-focused Store Associate for The UPS Store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, handling shipping/printing tasks, and being part of a fast-paced retail environment.

This position starts with weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) , with additional weekday hours offered based on performance and reliability .

Pay Options

• Entry-Level (No experience required): $14 – $16 per hour
• Experienced (Shipping/Print/Customer Service): $16 – $19 per hour

Pay is based on experience, skills, and performance.

Schedule

• Weekends required (Saturday & Sunday)
• Additional weekday hours may be added based on performance
• Flexible scheduling available as role grows

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shipping via UPS, FedEx, USPS
• Pack and label shipments accurately
• Operate POS system and handle transactions
• Provide printing, copying, and document services
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred (but not required):

• Previous retail or shipping experience
• Print/design experience
• Notary Public certification
• Bilingual (English + another language)
