Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant Education is seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist near Palm Springs, CA. This full-time contract position is primarily focused on PreK students and is ideal for professionals eager to contribute their expertise on-site for the remainder of the school year with the opportunity for annual renewal. Key Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
• California Certificate of Clearance (COC) required
• Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred, though qualified monolingual candidates are welcome
• Prior experience working in schools or with SEIS systems is advantageous
• Familiarity with California Medicaid (Paradigm) documentation preferred
• Comfortable serving a caseload of mostly mild-to-moderate, with some severe needs, and experience with AAC devices a plus
• Willingness to serve in an itinerant capacity as needed

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to PreK students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Support students with diverse communication needs using evidence-based practices
• Travel to multiple school sites within the district if required

Compensation Details

• Weekly Paychecks
• Hourly Pay Rate: $50-$60
