We have several openings for automotive techs. All skill levels. If you have level 3 diesel rating from Dodge, starting pay rate is over 40$ per hour. We have the very best pay scales, benefits, and will pay for relocation. We NEVER run out of work. We encourage all tech's at any level to contact us. We pay for factory training. New 16 bay shop. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Number of hires for this role: 2 to 4

Job-Specific Expectations

Make100 % productivity the goal and keep as close to that as possible.

Usefactory specifications as the standard in all repairs, service, andcustomization work.

Provideexcellent customer service for all customers whether external and internal,specifically offering dependable vehicle service.

Receiveservice assignments from the service writer or service manager.

Havethe repair work finished within the allotted time. Set goals, develop skills,and constantly increase efficiency skill level.

Submityour request parts as soon as it is determined what is required for aparticular job.

Keepthe service writer or service manager informed of any supplemental work thatmay be required or of any delays to estimated completion time as you make thosedeterminations so the customer can receive up to date information.

Aidservice writer as needed to write work orders, conduct test rides, interactwith the customer, or in any other way you can guarantee customer satisfaction.

Maintaina clean, efficient work area and assist in keeping the shop neat and organized.

Makesure the proper paperwork is completed and filed after every job completion.

Keepyour technical qualifications current by finishing any required trainingprograms.

Takecare that the vehicle is cleaner when the job is completed than when thecustomer dropped it off.

Makeeach job thorough and complete to reduce return repairs. If the vehicle shouldbe returned for additional work complete it quickly, correctly, and cheerfully.

    • Automotive Technician, 2 years (Preferred)
