Job Description

Salary: $62,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements:

• Over 7 years of experience in developing and delivering robust enterprise software applications
• Proficient in CI/CD practices within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google, as well as continuous integration systems like Jenkins
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA solutions in an enterprise setting
• Over 4 years of experience in UiPath RPA development, implementation, and administration, including but not limited to MS Office, Visio, .NET, Visual Basic, Java, C++, SOAP/REST Web Services, and Database Administration
• More than 3 years of experience integrating UiPath with enterprise systems like MuleSoft, ServiceNow, Oracle EBS, and SQL
• Strong understanding of the Agile software testing process and lifecycle, including smoke testing, integration, and production deployment
• Capability to obtain core technology certifications (UiPath) relevant to the role

• Address and resolve urgent technical issues, creating software solutions to prevent future occurrences
• Utilize expertise in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to develop software in a full-stack Java and web technology environment, including Gradle, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, Kafka, Quartz, Typescript, Redux, and React
• Apply both object-oriented and functional programming methods across various technologies to implement features efficiently
• Use relevant software development experience to promote best practices and accelerate development
• Ensure product availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency by designing reliability into software and systems
• Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, and document RPA business and technical requirements
• Create RPA process documentation, technical architecture, designs, and user guides
• Contribute significantly to team feature breakdowns and design of new feature implementations
• Take personal responsibility for the overall performance of the team, focusing on quality, stability, and delivery speed
• Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews, offering constructive feedback on code quality, design, and implementation
• Continuously seek opportunities for code refactoring and performance enhancements, advocating for these initiatives within the team
• Clearly communicate technical designs both verbally and in writing to small to medium-sized technical audiences
