• Provide Endur-specific insights and analysis to optimize back-office operational processes and transaction settlements.
• Use Endur back-office modules (e.g., Accounting Desktop, DMS, Confirms and Settlement Desktop) to support settlements, accounting, and operational workflows.
• Ensure back-office processes and system usage align with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Gather and document business requirements from Back Office stakeholders, and translate them into Endur configurations and enhancements.
• Configure and customize Endur back-office modules to meet Back Office operational needs.

For this requirement, the client is essentially looking for a senior-level functional Business Analyst with strong Openlink Endur Back Office expertise.

What the individual should have

• 10+ years of experience in Openlink Endur, especially in the Back Office domain
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Accounting Desktop
  • DMS (Document Management System)
  • Confirms
  • Settlement Desktop
• Good understanding of:
  • Trade settlements
  • Energy/commodity trading operations
  • Accounting workflows
  • Transaction lifecycle
• Ability to:
  • Gather requirements from business users
  • Write BRDs / functional specs
  • Translate business requirements into Endur configurations
  • Work with technical/configuration teams
• Experience in:
  • Endur configuration/customization
  • Process optimization
  • Operational workflow improvements
• Knowledge of:
  • Regulatory/compliance requirements in trading environments
  • Controls and audit processes
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with Back Office, Operations, and IT teams
