Job Description

Salary: $65,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or the Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, including identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation
• Proficient in Tableau, with skills in dashboard creation, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Experience in enterprise data architecture involving CDM, dimensional modeling, APIs, and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Proven success in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting
• A player-coach mentality: capable of strategic planning while also being hands-on to foster collaboration
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem components including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud is advantageous
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus
• Exposure to AI/ML within customer data platforms
• Industry experience in sectors such as media, sports, financial services, or consumer goods is desirable

• Design and implement comprehensive Salesforce Data Cloud solutions encompassing ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation
• Create scalable data models, governance frameworks, and integration strategies for both real-time and batch processing
• Lead technical integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem and with third-party systems
• Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Formulate analytics strategies tailored to specific client use cases such as customer 360 views, marketing performance evaluation, and sales intelligence
• Collaborate with sales and go-to-market teams for pre-sales engagements, demonstrations, and RFP submissions, driving deals forward instead of merely responding to inquiries
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on data transformation strategies and the Salesforce Data Cloud roadmap
• Engineer reusable accelerators and solution frameworks to enhance every engagement
• Mentor architects, engineers, and analysts, contributing to EPAMs leadership in Data Cloud innovations
