# Remote Part-Time QuickBooks Bookkeeper

Royal Wholesale Candy is an established and growing wholesale distribution company specializing in chocolate, candy, snacks, and confectionery products. Since 1990, we have supported businesses across the United States through ecommerce, distribution, and customer-focused operations.
We are currently seeking a reliable Remote Part-Time QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our growing remote support team. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating virtually with management and team members.
### Position Details

* Applicants should be available during Eastern Time (ET) business hours
### Requirements
* Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
* Minimum 2 years recent QuickBooks experience required
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable preferred
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
### Responsibilities
#### Bookkeeping
* Bank and credit card reconciliations
* Track and process incoming payments (credit card, ACH, checks, EFT)
* Journal entries and month-end closing
* Expense accruals and prepaid entries
* Run financial statements
* Assist with annual reporting and CPA preparation
Estimated: 1–2 hours daily, with additional time during month-end and year-end closing.
#### Accounts Payable
* Process vendor payments
* Expense report reconciliation
* Research and resolve vendor invoice/payment issues
* Additional A/P duties as assigned
Estimated: 1–2 hours daily.
#### Accounts Receivable
* Handle invoice and billing inquiries remotely
* Resolve declined payments, non-payments, and chargebacks
* Process credit/debit memos
* Manage collections for past due invoices
Estimated: 3–4 hours daily.
