• Load the materials or parts into the furnace, according to the loading specifications.. >> Assessment indicator : Number of non-conformities
• Monitor furnace temperature cycle settings.. >> Assessment indicator : Cycle monitoring rate
• After the cycle ends, unloads materials or parts to the designated area in accordance with the established procedure.. >> Assessment indicator : Number of non-conformities
• Prior to next load, inspects the furnace for any repairs needed, including elements inside the furnace.. >> Assessment indicator : Number of compliant inspections
• Cleans the equipment and carries out first-level maintenance (lubrication, tightening, etc.).. >> Assessment indicator : Number of controls and interventions
• Completes all documentation regarding the cycle and the materials.. >> Assessment indicator : Number of compliant cycle records
