salary: $73,000 - $83,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Payment Applications: Manage the end-to-end billing process, including the preparation and review of G702/G703 documents.
- Job Costing: Monitor project budgets, track commitments, and ensure all costs are accurately coded and recorded.
- Subcontractor Management: Review subcontractor invoices, collect lien waivers, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements before processing payments.
- Financial Reporting: Work closely with Project Managers to review monthly cost-to-complete reports and variance analyses.
- Compliance & Audit: Assist with month-end closing procedures and provide documentation for external audits as needed.
