Production Supervisor - Industrial Manufacturing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)

5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and MRP/ERP systems
