Plastic Molding Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Thursday )

• First shift hours are 6am to 4pm; Monday to Thursday and second shift hours are 4pm to 2am Monday to Thursday.
• Pay is $16/hr for 1st shift and $17/hr for 2nd shift.
• You will stand at the end of the plastic injection molding press, systematically checking finished parts for defects, inconsistencies, and adherence to quality specifications.
• Accurately pack inspected parts into designated containers, ensuring proper labeling and count verification.
• Execute light assembly tasks on plastic components as required to prepare them for further processing or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.

Plastic Molding Operator Qualifications:

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a non temperature controlled environment
• Ability to stand continuously for a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 30 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
• Prior experience or a basic understanding of plastic injection molding processes
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed inspection and quality control tasks.
• Reliable transportation, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions precisely

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
