CONNECTIVE Agency is an integrated marketing and communications agency based in Dallas, Texas. We get to work with local, national, and international organizations.

We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who loves bringing ideas to life across mediums — someone equally comfortable designing, illustrating and animating anything from brand identities and social media graphics to informational videos and website graphics.

This is a role for a designer who is curious, thoughtful, and collaborative , and who wants to grow their craft while working on projects that make a real difference.

What You’ll Work On

No two weeks look the same here. Designers at CONNECTIVE work across a wide range of projects, including:

• Bringing identity systems, logo suites, and brand guidelines to life through motion
• Custom microanimations and interactive website elements ,
• Social media campaigns, digital advertising, and marketing graphics that are then brought to life through motion
• Storyboarding animated explainer videos to translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives
• Motion graphics and animation for videos, digital campaigns, and social content
• Interactive annual reports and publications

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional motion/graphic design experience in an agency, in-house, or similar collaborative environment
• Motion graphics and animation experience in After Effects and other animation software
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience designing brand systems, marketing campaigns, and digital assets across digital channels
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions in internal discussions
• A portfolio demonstrating strong illustration, animation, typography, layout systems, visual hierarchy, and conceptual thinking
