Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist (English/Medical Spanish)

We are seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual Receptionist with fluency in Medical Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Front-Office medical administration.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate specialist referrals, diagnostic appointments, and follow-ups.
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding referral requirements and timelines.
• Track and manage referral authorizations and insurance approvals.
• Schedule appointments and manage phone calls.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Provide clear communication in both English and Spanish, including medical terminology.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Medical Spanish (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in a Medical office setting.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer programs.
• Medical assistant Certification preferred.
