We are seeking a full-time associate attorney to join our firm’s civil litigation practice. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys on all phases of civil litigation, from initial case assessment and discovery through trial and, where applicable, appeal. This is an opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility early while developing your practice in a collaborative and supportive setting.
· J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
· Active membership in the Alaska State Bar, or eligibility and commitment to obtain admission promptly
· Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
· Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
· Ability to manage multiple matters independently and meet deadlines
· Experience in Alaska state or federal courts preferred
