Bookkeeper
The SNAP-Ed Bookkeeper is a grant-funded, full-time, 40 hrs., benefits eligible position. This poistion will work in collaboration with the SNAP-Ed Project Manager & Association Finance Manager to prepare financial reports which accurately reflect the financial condition of the SNAP-Ed Grants. The individual in this job offer is responsible for maintaining an accurate and systemic set of records of all SNAP-Ed financial transactions involving complex accounting procedures and multiple financial platforms. this job offer is part of a nine county regional team that has 12 members located all over the region. The Bookkeeper will assist with management, monitoring, and preparation of budgets; verify financial reports located on grant/contract requirement; construct financial statements & reports; work with staff on grant billing and invoices. Perform technical aspects of accounting data entry and functions according to established procedures & policies. expertise of accounting principles, procedures, and practicies.
