JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: Performs repetitive bench or line
assembly operations to mass produce items Assist in the manufacturing and injection molding of components Run and maintain automation equipment Primary Duties: Learn to process and assemble a variety of products while maintaining quality standards Manually execute secondary operations (ex. trimming, cleaning, packaging) Visual inspection Communicate any material or equipment deficiencies Follow all safety rules Start up and Shutdown presses Manually operate and troubleshoot minor machine alarms Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments. General: Observe continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specifications and to detect jams or malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary. Set up, operate, or tend metal or plastic molding, casting, or coremaking machines to mold or cast metal or thermoplastic parts or products. Read specifications, blueprints, and work orders to determine setups, temperatures, and time settings required to mold, form, or cast plastic materials, as well as to plan production sequences. Remove parts Unload finished products from fixtures, pack them in containers, and place containers in warehouses. Inventory and record quantities of materials and finished products, requisitioning additional supplies as necessary. Trim excess material from parts, using scalpels \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Maintain production rates and quality standards. Candidate should have a strong desire to learn.
