This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to exciting projects in the Information Technology industry. As a Graphic Designer at The Nova Labs, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually engaging designs that communicate our brand's message effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that enhance user experience and drive engagement. This position is ideal for an entry-level designer looking to grow their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $102,500 - $156,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design promotional materials
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards
  • Assist in the design of user interfaces and web layouts
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas
  • Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders
  • Ensure all graphics are optimized for various platforms and devices
  • Stay updated with design trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work
  • Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
