How You Will Make an Impact
Field Service Engineers play a key role in delivering field service support and managing customer relationships, handling installation, repairs, preventative maintenance, and instrument qualification. They provide hands-on technical support and work closely with customers to ensure equipment performance, efficiency, and a positive customer experience.
Location
This is a remote role based in Maryland/DC region and will require up to 75% travel within the designated territory. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in analytical chemistry, engineering, physics, or equivalent and 2+ years of hands-on technical experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing LC/MS instruments or Advanced degree with relevant experience

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $31.73–$42.31.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
