North Little Rock, AR 72117
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $19.50/hour
No Weekends | No Holidays
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Error Resolution Specialist to join our billing department. This role is ideal for a pharmacy technician or pharmacy billing professional with strong experience handling pharmacy insurance denials, claim rejections, and billing issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with pharmacy insurance claims, prior authorizations, rejection troubleshooting, or long-term care pharmacy billing processes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring claims are resolved efficiently and accurately to support patient care and pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and resolve pharmacy insurance claim denials and rejections
  • Investigate billing errors and determine appropriate corrective action
  • Work closely with insurance providers, pharmacy staff, and internal billing teams
  • Process and rebill corrected claims in a timely manner
  • Identify trends in claim rejections and escalate recurring issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to billing resolutions and claim activity
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy billing procedures and insurance requirements
  • Assist in maintaining workflow efficiency within the billing department
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy billing, insurance resolution, or pharmacy technician experience required
  • Experience with pharmacy insurance denials and claim troubleshooting strongly preferred
  • Long-term care pharmacy experience highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy billing processes and insurance claims
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Pharmacy Technician certification preferred but not required
