Managing eCommerce clients’ Shopify backends – including product creation and maintenance, CMS updates, product merchandising, discount creation and theme updates
Creating and analyzing weekly and monthly sales reports
Communicating with clients to report upon site and product performance
Leading coordination efforts for product launch and email communication calendars
Coordinating site improvements, platform updates, etc.
Lead meetings and conference calls, take notes and distribute to the project team
Monitoring and analyzing Google Analytics to implement audience and funnel development and strategies
Assistance with third party integrations and Shopify Apps
Original ideas on how we can push the brand and experience further
MUST HAVE:
2+ years post-college experience working with Shopify and Shopify Plus
Understanding of eComm platform integrations and Klaviyo
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Excel
Proficient with Keynote, PowerPoint or Google Slides
Experience with Google Analytics
Superior organization and communication skills
Knowledge of customer segmentation, website optimization, A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and traffic analysis
NICE TO HAVE:
Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention tactics
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization
Familiar with paid digital media platforms and media growth strategies
Experience working with developers, engineers, product teams
Experience working with non-technical teams that interface with digital products but lack direct implementation understanding (a communicator/explainer)
Ability to organize information and concisely present issues, recommendations, and conclusions
A kind demeanor and ability to collaborate with others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
