Painter & Drywall Finisher

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Painter & Drywall Finisher who takes pride in their craft and stands behind their work. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, accountability, communication, and professionalism . The right person respects the customer’s home, works well with a team, and consistently delivers high-level results without cutting corners.

Key Responsibilities

Surface Preparation & Drywall Finishing

  • Sand, patch, caulk, and prime all surfaces properly

  • Tape, mud, and finish drywall to a smooth, paint-ready level

  • Identify and correct defects before paint is applied

  • Protect all surrounding surfaces and maintain cleanliness

Painting Execution

  • Apply coatings using brush, roll, or spray with consistent coverage

  • Produce clean lines and a professional finish

  • Maintain efficiency without sacrificing quality

Quality Control

  • Inspect your own work continuously

  • Complete all touch-ups and punch list items

  • Leave each job clean and ready for final walkthrough

  • Show up on time and ready to work

  • Take ownership of your work—no excuses or shortcuts

  • Communicate clearly about issues or delays

Safety & Job Site Standards

  • Follow all safety guidelines and use equipment properly

Qualifications

  • Painting and/or drywall finishing experience preferred

  • Knowledge of prep work and finishing techniques
