We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused  Customer Service Representative  to support customers within a structured, advisor-guided service model. In this fully remote position, you will assist with client communications, scheduling coordination, documentation, and overall service support to ensure a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in customer support, enjoys organized workflows, and can confidently manage responsibilities in a remote environment using established systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support under the guidance of assigned advisors
• Respond to client inquiries promptly via digital communication channels
• Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, updates, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation of client interactions
• Assist with workflow organization to ensure consistent service delivery
• Communicate clearly and professionally to maintain high service standards

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Background in customer service, administrative support, call center, or client-facing roles (preferred, not required)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using digital tools, online systems, and communication platforms
• Must be a citizen of the US, LATAM, UK, Spain, or Australia
