We are a fast-paced organization that thrives on solving complex challenges and pushing boundaries. We are looking for a visionary Contracts Manager who excels in dynamic environments, embraces AI tools to streamline workflows, and drives innovation.

 

Position Overview

As the in-house Contracts Manager, you will oversee, negotiate, and manage the full contract lifecycle. Reporting directly to the President & Chief Operating Officer , you will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights that drive growth while mitigating legal and business risks.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, statements of work, service level agreements, and partnership contracts.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure all contracts comply with laws, regulations, and company policies, specifically regarding SOC 2 compliance and data privacy (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Lifecycle Administration: Use contract management software to manage renewals, amendments, and terminations while maintaining accurate electronic records.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure contractual alignment with business objectives.
  • Vendor Relations: Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in contract management, preferably in the Tech/SaaS industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT contracts, software licenses, and data processing addenda.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract management software and the use of AI tools to automate job functions.
  • Communication: Proven ability to interpret complex legal documents and explain terms in clear, understandable language.
  • Certifications: CPCM or prior Paralegal experience is a STRONG plus.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $120k–$125k.
  • Location: Remote (Home office).
  • Travel: 10% travel requirement.
