The Contracts Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of Federal and Commercial contracts and subcontracts, including proposal support, negotiation, administration, compliance, and closeout. The position ensures contractual activities comply with applicable regulations, including FAR/DFARS, commercial requirements, and cybersecurity requirements, while supporting business objectives and mitigating risk.
