Nonviolence Works, Inc./Taos Behavioral Health is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals with a background in human services to join our team as Community Support Workers (CSWs) providing Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) to clients and families. As a Community Support Worker with us, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Comprehensive Community Support Services that empower clients to achieve independent living, enhance their learning abilities, develop work skills, engage in social activities, and participate in recreational opportunities. Our culturally sensitive services are designed to identify and overcome barriers that impede the development of essential skills for independent functioning within the community.
