Job description

The Radcliff  is seeking Caregivers with kind hearts. We are an Assisted Senior Living and Memory Care Community in Wood Dale. We recognize the role of a Caregiver, along with the importance of daily care and happiness they provide. This makes you essential to our community! We value teamwork, good communications skills and a caring disposition. We would like to offer you a paid shadow opportunity, it's a fantastic way to try out this great opportunity and learn more about our community, team members and our active residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OUR COMMUNITY

• • Assist with ADL's documentation and communication of daily tasks
  • Respond to calls for assistance in a timely manner
  • Assist with transfers and escorts for meals, activities, etc.
  • Manage resident laundry
  • Assist with meals for those who enjoy dining in their apartment
  • Assist with meal set up and assistance for our memory care residents
• QUALIFICATIONS
  • Kindness, patience, and a team spirit
  • CPR Certification recognized by the American Heart Association

SHIFTS: AM and PM, 8 and 12 hour shifts available

PRN: 8 to 16 hours per week (fulfilling 4 shifts per month)
