We are currently seeking a Weekend Brunch Prep Cook / Line Cook to support our high-volume brunch service.

Position Overview

Our Culinary Team is responsible for executing a seamless and elevated brunch experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced morning services, values precision and consistency, and takes pride in preparation, organization, and execution.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare brunch-specific menu items including eggs, breakfast proteins, batters, produce, and mise en place according to restaurant standards
  • Execute dishes during service with speed, accuracy, and consistency
  • Operate kitchen equipment including grills, flat tops, ovens, and fryers
  • Safely and effectively use knives and kitchen tools
  • Maintain proper portioning and par levels for brunch service
  • Ensure all food meets quality, presentation, and safety standards
  • Accurately read and utilize thermometers
  • Communicate any delays, shortages, or issues to the Line Chef and Management
  • Maintain station cleanliness and organization throughout service
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock proactively
  • Follow all food allergy procedures and accommodate special requests
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation standards
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Assist with additional prep and duties as needed
