Why You’ll Love Working With Us * Competitive pay and benefits package * Health, Dental & Vision Insurance offered * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays * Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance What You’ll Do * Plan, develop, organize, and direct all activity programs in accordance with residents’ interests, abilities, and comprehensive care assessments. * Create meaningful experiences that foster purpose, dignity, and fun. * Participate in community planning to support residents, families, and local engagement. * Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to activity programming. * Announce and promote scheduled activities to residents daily. * Build a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring programs reflect warmth, personal attention, and positivity. * Collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional activities and events. * Drive residents to and from appointments or community outings as needed. * Advocate for residents by developing programs that enhance quality of life and overall wellness. What We’re Looking For * A compassionate and energetic leader with a heart for seniors. * Experience in activity programming preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate with the passion to make a difference. * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. * Ability to inspire teamwork and create meaningful connections. * Must possess a valid Arkansas driver’s license.
