Job Description

BEAR Facility Supply is seeking an experienced 1099 Independent Outside Sales Representative to help grow our B2B customer base in the Salt lake City Metro Area. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, and anticipated OTE between $90,000-$110,000 yearly. We sell facility products businesses use every day, including:

  • Janitorial Supplies
  • Paper products
  • Trash liners
  • Soaps and dispensers
  • Cleaning chemicals
  • Safety Supplies
  • Facility maintenance products
  • Other commercial consumables
This opportunity is best suited for someone who already knows how to prospect, get in front of decision-makers, build relationships, quote opportunities, and close B2B business. We are searching for a true "hunter" - Someone who is comfortable getting out in the field, making calls, walking into businesses, asking questions, finding pain points, and creating new customer opportunities.
